CIBIL Reporting System

Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited is India’s first Credit Information Company (CIC). CIBIL collects and maintains records of an individual’s payments pertaining to loans and credit cards. These records are submitted to CIBIL by member banks and credit institutions, on a monthly basis.

Recently, CIBIL redesigned the structure of the reporting template and this has caused the need to build an interface to continuously enable flow of data. The reporting is done in two parts viz.,

• Consumer Credit Information

• Commercial Credit Information

the former for the personal banking and the latter for business and corporate banking. A solution was conceived to create an interface which will enable continuous reporting, and seamlessly integrate the Bank's CBS reporting module with the CIBIL's information exchange module. GSS has built a specific application to enable this and in doing this, it has gone beyond providing a mere interface. It has built an application module, from it's Document Truncation Framework and has added a lot of value added features.

Product Features
